Our Control Room is Monitored and manned 24 hours a day 365 days a Year and if activated for any reason will receive a signal from CCTV cameras.
Your CCTV system can be set up to transmit events or activations to the Duval Security Control Room. When an intruder activates the CCTV alarm, the security system delivers instant video surveillance of your premises to our State-of-the-Art Control Room.
All incidents are noted and video recordings are kept up to a minimum of Thirty One days in line with the Data Protection Act 1998 amended 2001.
Duval Security provide an immediate Response to any Alarm activation.
The operator will either contact you if an alarm has triggered or in the event of a camera being activated will monitor the site from all cameras available. If an intruder is located on site we will either Tannoy them to leave or, if needs be, contact the police.
This is a popular and very cost effective service as Duval Security only charge per activation.
