Our uniformed Security Officers patrol and monitor the area on CCTV either on a 24-hour, 365-day basis or at times agreed with you.

Duval Security can offer CCTV Remote Monitoring of your intruder alarm and/or CCTV system, which can be set up to transmit events or activations to our Security Control Room. When activated this delivers instant video surveillance of your premises.

Where Duval Security is assigned to provide a manned guarding service and where the assigned security personnel are charged with monitoring CCTV as well as patrolling on foot, we can combine our Manned Guarding Service with our Remote CCTV Monitoring Service. We can then provide remote monitoring of your site CCTV whilst the security personnel carry out their assigned foot patrols.  

Where your business has lone workers, for example late at night or at a weekend, our Control Room can help you fulfil Health & Safety and Duty of Care obligations by keeping in regular contact with them by telephone.

Our Security Control Room is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, 52 weeks of the year with one controller on duty at all times plus a supervisor during the day.
