► Hold a set of keys and Site Specific Information that are secured in our Control Room.
► Ensure these keys are tagged and numbered to relate to your premises only.
► Ensure that keys are only issued to Mobile Patrols when a site visit is required.
► Respond to any alarm activation.
► If needs be, to assist emergency services in obtaining access.
► Ensuring secure “Lock Down” of the site once the area has been deemed clear.
► All Alarm access codes/keys will be required for this service.
► Your keys are secured and re-tagged after each visit.

► The ACPO guideline for police attendance to false alarm activation has been reduced to just 2 over a 12 Month Period. After which the response is withdrawn and will only to be reinstated when a secondary verification system has been installed.
