Mobile Security Patrols – First Alarm Response Service

The policy of the Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO) to the constant problem of having to respond to “False Alarms” is tightening. Indeed the Police reform bill suggests the Police should not be responding in the first instant to any alarm calls.

Duval Security has established a “First Response Service” (FRS). This service is designed to cater for the needs of commercial, industrial and retail premises within our operational area.

The clear benefits of our service can provide you with the most economic and secure method in ensuring that should your alarm be activated for whatever reason we will:

• Swiftly attend as your First Response Service
• Identify the problem
• Call the emergency services if required
• Call your nominated key holder should that be required
• Establish when the alarm company engineer can attend
• Provide an emergency guarding officer if required
• Call out and supervise an emergency support team, for example, plumber, electrician or a boarding up company

MOBILE SECURITY PATROLS

• A minimum of one external mobile patrol per night
• Electronic recording device to validate our visit
• Fast/First response to any alarm activation.
• Twenty-four hour control room availability
• Full report of all activations or incidents that may occur
