Duval Security Staff Training

Duval Security will provide all the training necessary to ensure that our staff understand the unique needs of your premises. Most of our guarding personnel receive first aid training. All out personnel will have received the mandatory SIA training and will receive additional training to cover:

• Site specific training to meet your individual requirements.
• Training in the use of specific equipment for your premises.
• Our officers will, if required, dress to suit your needs.
• Company procedures, both yours and ours where it affects the ability to provide the best possible service.
• Driving skills.
• IT skills where that is necessary to perform the job.
• Safe handling and fire safety relating to your premises.

Duval Security takes security officer training and development extremely seriously. We believe that once we have recruited the “right people for the right job” the next step in providing high quality security services is to have correctly trained staff.

Where appropriate, we will carry out enhanced Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) checks to meet your needs.
